Effective April 12, 2026. This policy explains what SpawnWork collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

SpawnWork may collect the following information depending on how you use the Platform:

Account information (name, email, password)
Business information (business name, trade, service area, phone)
Billing references processed through Stripe
Service requests submitted through the Platform
Usage data and analytics (via PostHog)
Publicly available information aggregated from open internet sources for Lead Request generation

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

Authenticate accounts and manage access
Process billing and credit purchases
Match customers with relevant service professionals
Generate and deliver Lead Requests
Improve our platform and services
Communicate with users about their accounts

3. Lead Request Data

SpawnWork aggregates publicly available information from open internet sources (such as public social media posts, forums, and directories) to generate Lead Requests. This information is publicly accessible before SpawnWork indexes it. We do not scrape private or password-protected content.

4. Third-Party Services

SpawnWork relies on external providers for hosting (Cloudflare), billing (Stripe), email delivery (Cloudflare Email Routing), and analytics (PostHog). These services process data as necessary to deliver their functionality. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain account and billing records as needed for operational and legal purposes. Lead Request data is retained to provide ongoing service to professionals. We implement reasonable security measures but no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any data rights, email us at leads@spawnwork.com.
