Checked the pilot on the water heater that was working, so I put my home warranty to the test. In less than 30 minutes I had a call from San Antonio Plumbing saying they were in receipt of my claim and they dispatched a plumber to my house in less than an hour. When Eric arrived he was very personable and courteous. We went straight to the water heater (which was newly installed) and he noticed right away the main water was only 3/4 turned on. Essentially I was loosing pressure and with one turn we verified everything was working. Time to return all my plumbing tools back to Lowe’s and change my YouTube algorithm. Glad I didn’t touch anything and just left things to San Antonio Plumbing. Lesson learned home warranty is everything! My out of pocket was only $75.00 with Choice Home warranty”

We had a massive leak on our exterior main line, and from the initial estimate call with George Plumbing Co., Doug and Daniel were able to quickly and accurately locate the exact source of the leak. We were expecting a very expensive repair based on prior quotes from other companies, but Doug and Daniel walked us through several reasonable options and explained everything clearly. We decided on a 5-foot spot repair that fit within our budget, and thankfully that solved the problem. Our water was restored and running perfectly again. We’re extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and expertise. Highly recommend!”

Took a bit of work, but got everything busted out and then ran a camera after to confirm things were clear and verify the condition of the pipes. Very professional and straightforward. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done as well which is always a bonus. Highly recommend PlumbSmart and especially Paul.”

When I explained my situation, they didn’t just treat me like another job they actually listened. They stepped up in a big way. Not only did they work with me on a fair and honest price, but they also delivered absolutely amazing work.
